This is how it works: you telephone or e-mail us and tell us what you require. You then post the items to us. We will examine them thoroughly, give our opinion as to the practicality of the work requested and tell you how much it would cost. Once the price is agreed, the work will be carried out and the goods returned on receipt of payment. If you don’t want us to carry out the work, the goods will be returned straight away, but unfortunately we would have to charge you for the postage or courier.

Goods for cleaning, alteration or repair can be sent to us either by normal parcel post or by courier at your own risk.

Details of the alteration or repair required must also be clearly stated, and we cannot accept responsibility for inaccurately specified alterations.
